GOOD. Criminals should be afraid of the law.
And anyone able should encourage Yakima in their fingerprint ID campaign to track these criminals, IMO
When criminals are not arrested for crimes, thats TWO criminals, and two wrongs dont make a right, they make a 180 degree turn and the analogy holds, this problem is sending us 180 degrees back down the road to progress
