The single grossest , most dangerous INCOMPETENCE I have ever seen in Law enforcement- Tri Cities SWAT team

In a larger photo, several things are clear:
1) There are seven supposed "SWAT Team members"
2.) FIVE of them have AR-15 high powered .223 rifles, while its difficult to see, a trained eye that knows the firearm can either pick it out, or pick the pieces of one out, to make FIVE OF THEM.
3.) the AR 15 fires an extremely high powered rifle round at 3250 feet per second that can go completely through an apartment building.
4.) the rifle on the right apparently has a 30 round magazine.
5.) THREE OF THEM ARE POINTED IN UNSAFE DIRECTION, WITH COMPLETE DISREGARD TO PUBLIC SAFETY. One in the foreground has his rifle pointed to the left, while (s)he is looking forward.
ALL THREE ARE AN INEXCUSABLE BREACH OF THE MOST BASIC FIREARMS SAFETY RULES.
THIS IS NOT AFGHANISTAN, THIS IS A CROWDED RESIDENTIAL AREA FILLED WITH INNOCENTS.
Tri Cities residents and Herald readers may recall the recent flap over the Hunter Education where a student was reprimanded for pointing an EMPTY firearm at another person, the jackasses at the State then demanded the Instructor APOLOGISE for enforcing safety rules.
Apparently these SO CALLED SWAT MEMBERS HAVE FAILED BASIC FIREARMS SAFETY.
Who are in the apartments the two on the ends are pointing loaded rifles at? Someone child standing by a window curious to see whats outside? The other five apparently have weapons at safe and ready, but without appearance of an imminent threat from one of those windows, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF EXTREME DISREGARD FOR PUBLIC SAFETY.
Just wait til these morons kill some innocent. Just remember, I told you so.
Is there some reason they need 7 ARs with 30 round magazines? NO.
Its SHEER STUPIDITY for these Jack Booted Thugs to be packed into a stairway where they are EASY TARGETS , loaded up with so much gear they cant move, and waving loaded guns around pointed at God knows who.
And dont tell me they have low power or frangible rounds, because if so, theres no more need for an AR-15, which is more or less a high powered (600 YARD range) hunting rifle. WTF application does THAT have in a crowded RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT UNIT?
Only ONE- TO COMMIT ACTS OF TERRORISM AGAINST INNOCENT CITIZENS.
The .45 Colt is the preferred firearm here, small, light, more than powerful enough to stop a perp wearing a vest (a 9 mm is more than enough, IVE BUILT BALLISTIC PANELS AND TESTED THEM, dont EVEN try to tell me they need 223's)
If theres so much danger from perps wearing armor plates, then ITS TIME TO CALL IN THE NATIONAL GUARD, not turn the Goof Troop loose in the streets.

A.) they mightfire between ONE AND TWO HUNDRED AND TEN HIGH POWERED RIFLE ROUNDS WITH A RANGE OF MORE THAN 600 YARDS THROUGH A RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT COMPLEX.
There is ABSOLUTELY no forgiving this kind of gross, bumbling incompetence. Even Sheriff Taylor was smart enough to only give Barney Fife ONE BULLET.

I know at least two fo you have LEO background.
Im sure youre familiar with the recent flap over Hunter Education where the State attempted to retaliate against a Hunter Ed Instructor for going off on a Student who pointed an UNLOADED gun at someone (or had a stray muzzle, same difference).
If youll see the photos on the Tri Cities Herald, youll see the most UNSAFE conduct with firearms that I have ever witnessed.

The top photo, larger in the print edition, shows, not entirely clearly, but enough to raise question of GRAVE DANGER TO THE PUBLIC, that there are seven members, 5 of which have AR-15s (either the entire rifle or pieces of them are visible in the photo).
There is NO EXCUSE for having ONE, FIVE OR SEVEN HIGH POWERED ALMOST MILITARY RIFLES POINTED AT A RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDING FULL OF INNOCENT PEOPLE. Those AR rounds can KILL AT 300-600 YARDS.
Worse yet, the photo clearly shows THREE of these rifles pointed in UNSAFE DIRECTIONS clearly in violation of the most BASIC firearms safety rules.
One on the far right and left are BLINDLY pointed at apartment windows. WHO ARE INSIDE THEM?
The third is pointed horizontal-left with the man holding it LOOKING FORWARDS. Whom is he pointing a deadly weapon at? Someones CHILD? Your NEIGHBOR? Who knows, the photo indicates that HE DOESNT.
These supposedly highly trained SWAT team members are in GROSS violation of the most BASIC firearms safety rule - NEVER POINT A MUZZLE AT SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT TO KILL.
Theres no threats visible or implied in the photo. The two on the sides are pointed at windows with closed curtains. If those upper windows are a concern, then someone at a distance who can clearly see, should have them covered from 30 yards away. Not up close where they cannot see.
There is nothing "tactical" about SEVEN of them with gear packed like sardines into a hallway of a RESIDENTIAL BUILDING with AR-15s. There is nothing safe either. This rifle is too powerful and too long and bulky for CQ entry, a 45 or 9 mm is more than enough to penetrate even a bullet resistant vest. And no one can tell me they need ARs to deal with bulletproof vests, Ive personally made 10 layer panels from ballistic Kevlar and a high powered 9 mm round goes through it and a bucket of water like its tissue paper.
If theres a bigger threat than that, the NATIONAL GUARD needs to be called.
Its time to put a stop to this GROSS PUBLIC SAFETY THREAT before some innocent by-standers, or worse yet, people even in another apartment, or across the street in another house are killed or injured by a stray 223 round.
Gentlemen, THIS IS NOT AFGHANISTAN. There is no excuse for these people to go around waving high powered rifles and pretending to be a military squad. They arent trained for it.
Under the provisions of many/most State Constitutions, the military is to be subordinate to the Civil. The Civil is not to be MILITARY.
There is no excuse for them entering heavily populated RESIDENTIAL AREAS WITH HIGH POWERED RIFLES. Those 7 rifles with 30 round mags can fire off 210 rounds at max, who will be wrongly killed if ONE is fired?
This, IMO constitutes Terrorism on the part of Government, it is unforgiveable, and needs to end IMMEDIATELY.
