The basic LIE being told here is "anything that explodes is a bomb."
Its said by stupid or dishonest people, and swallowed by stupid people.

A pressure cooker CAN NOT be used to "make a bomb"
Why? Because pressure cookers cant stand much more than TEN POUNDS INTERNAL PRESSURE before the lid comes off and DISSIPATES ALL THE FORCE INSIDE.
A bomb is a device that creates a larger blast than just some ordinary explosion by:
1. a very high dP/dT (calculus, look it up)
2. containing said force to cause a gross release suddenly
A pressure cooker can NOT do that. All it is is more metal pieces, it does NOT make a bomb

A small light bulb can be used as a detonator, it said.

It can NOT be used as a detonator, since:
1. detonation, like bomb, has a SPECIFIC MEANING- to cause an extremely HIGH VELOCITY event. A light bulb filament with the glass broken off can NOT initiate ANYTHING either high speed or high energy, the bulb comes on much too slowly and contains little energy. It gets hot enough to melt, but hot is not detonate- it gets hot VERY slowly.
Detonate is what the explosive stuff does, NOT the filament
2. Detonators are CHEMICAL things, a light bulb filament just gets HOT.
LIES.
