The CONSTITUTION FORBIDS INFRINGEMENT FOR ANY REASON.

Then the lies and manuvering continue:

"shall have the right to obtain firearms for security and to use firearms in defense"

So then the State determines what "security" and "defense" is. Notice the CLEVER scam here, to use the word "OBTAIN"

NO RIGHT TO USE.

THIS IS A SHAM, PEOPLE. BEWARE.

Heres where this deceit goes... the anti gunners are already out to restrict firearms use to "hunting"

Thats where this lying scam goes with the word "obtain"

"Obtain" with the LATER restriction to USE only for HUNTING.

The wording is "OBTAIN FOR USE"

It does not say "USE"

S-C-A-M- theyll throw you under the bus for "use" for ANY reason. Some States are basically that way now.

Proof? Just watch, the anti gun crowd wont object, they know theres a SCAM afoot.

Part III of the scam:

So the Government will graciously ALLOW you to SUE THEM (others) AFTER they infringe on your rights and since you are Plaintiff, YOU HAVE TO PROVE they did wrong.

To bring an action, you must be able to show CAUSE and simply "they wouldnt let me have a gun" IS NOT CAUSE.

WAKE UP PEOPLE

This is ALREADY the case. IVE BEEN THERE, the G-D lawyers REFUSED to take the case.

Remember before youre sucked into this LYING SCAM that the Bill holds "obtain for use in defense..."

The GOvernments counter to that is that since you didnt NEED it for defense, you have NO STANDING TO SUE FOR THEM PREVENTING YOU TO POSESS IT.

This negates the Bill and is why the anti gunners will not object, THEY KNOW IT.
