A previous blog post here predicted a large sell off in the DJI (in particular) in 2Q 2012 based on similaraties in the price level charts.
Recent trade VOLUME data seems to me to point that its started, a marked and sustained increase not in price decline, which had already started a month ago, but BOTH a rise in share volumes and sustained lower prices, realizing that this game does not work by "supply and demand" with a guaranteee of more selling necessariliy leading to lower prices, its too rigged to rigidly follow supply and demand IMO):
