I would post this under "Richland illegal" but actually its just "Richland stupid"
Thayer Drive this afternoon, RPD out playing soldier, setting off bombs in a crowded neighborhood with a preschool and churches on the one side, and a neighborhood on the other.
I drove by and saw the vehicles there, they had an armored car on the property (old brown prefab nouse on the West side across from/down from the church preschool or daycare, whatever it is) and a bunch of, I assume, police dressed in their finest Jack Booted Thug outfits.
I guess Police work is boring, we have to play military?
I stopped and talked with a local, mentioned that I wondered if I was going to see anything stupid, and he agreed. Sure enough, I did.
I saw about 10 of them slowly walking up in front of the house, around the steps, up the steps... slowly, methodically.. Im wondering who will point the muzzle of their gun at sombodys back first.
To my amazement, I didnt see that- they were all pointed down excep for one that I could see, by then, through my pocket scope. What I did see was a bunch of people who would get SLAUGHTERED in a real showdown.
What I saw belonged more at Halloween than a tactic training session. Walked slowly, bunched up together, too overdressed to move, and RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BAY WINDOW BESIDE THE FRONT DOOR.
JUST STOOD THERE.
I'd have been amazed had I not seen enough idiocy already in my life.
Can you say "TARGETS"?
Didn't see anyone go in the back door.
Some Perp inside with a modified AR or 12 gauge with slugs hiding INSIDE below that window would make MINCE MEAT out of them before ANY of them except the last two/three, one with a 45, would have had a clue what was going on. The "one" had muzzle up, out of sight from the window, in a position where he was not visible from inside. He might have survived the initial attack.
Now, if all slinging shit breaks loose inside the house, the 4 in the front would have no where to go except run into (or accidentally shoot) the six behind them.

And on top of that, lets use AR 15s in a DENSE RESIDENTIAL AREA -oh, maybe across from a PRESCHOOL - so a round can go through 6 (or more, depending) houses and kill some innocent child before it stops (a half mile away). NO- LETS HAVE A DOZEN TRIGGER HAPPY FOOLS FIRING AT ONCE, MAYBE WE CAN KILL SEVERAL CITIZENS AT ONCE?

At the position most of them were, a loose round would have nowhere to go except through another house on Thayer, or down into Old Richland and hit someone elses house down there. Maybe one of the businesses on Wellsian?

"The Force" (sorry, I cant resist a little creative writing now and then!) tells me that many of you reading this yesterday (RECORD number of hits on this Blog, by the way) dont understand the depth of the arrogance and DANGER here, so here's a detailed analysis from tactics and PHYSICS, with pictures.
Waco, TX. UN-MANIPULATED video that I saw courtesy of Linda Thompson (read about this elsewhere on this Blog) showed a similar situation (being careful to define "similar" correctly). Five (best I recall) Storm Troopers climbed a ladder onto a first - story roof. One moron shot himself in the leg with HIS OWN 45. and was out of the equation (maybe there had been 6, dont recall exactly). The "jist" is that once on the roof, two (or was it 3?) entered a second story window and IMMEDIATELY after disappearing inside, the remainder (outside the window) started FIRING LIVE ROUNDS INSIDE. The inescapable presumption is that the two (3) that had entered were killed by "friendly fire"
Let this example set the stage for the next comments - poorly trained Jack Booted Thugs and an "inside - outside" scenario.
See the photos here of the house in question on Thayer Drive in Richland WA and notice the neighborhood - densely populated with a Montesori (?) SCHOOL across the street, a Synagogue next to it. Behind the latter two, a steep hill, a business district, grassy space and Old Richland (post War dense housing dedicated to the nuclear production at Hanford) I LIVE IN ONE OF THOSE HOUSES.
5,000 people here in the area I just described on an average day? REICHland is 50K-ish.
Photo 1, essentially the view I had, including with my spotting scope. I had a view good enough to see the blue tape on the 45 at the back, and see the muzzle brakes on the ARS, and there WERE NO BLANK-TRAINING ADAPTERS ON THE BARRELS. "Adapter" means a gadget that goes into the end of the barrel that is used with BLANK ROUNDS FOR TRAINING. Blanks dont have enough force to activate the mechanism of the rifle to cycle in semi or full auto modes, the adapter slows the rate of escape of the gasses to build enough pressure to trip the gas tube system and throw the bolt back to get another round from the magazine.
"NO BLANK ADAPTERS" EITHER MEANS THEIR MAGAZINES WERE EMPTY, OR THEY HAD LIVE ROUNDS LOADED IN AN AR-15 IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD.

Magazines. ARs can use 10, 20, 30, 40, 90, 100, 150.. round magazines. Best I recall (as this wasnt what i was focusing on at the time) they had 20s. They clearly werent 40s.
Whats also critical is that the AR lower (the rifle splits into two sections, an "upper" and a "lower" ) can accomodate 22, 223, 6.8mm, 308, 40, 5.56 NATO, 7.62 x 39, .450 calibers. VERY IMPORTANT. I could not tell how they were built from that distance.
The 22 is mainly for a cheap training round without recoil and some miscellaneous varmit hunting, 22s are 4 cents a piece, the other, larger caliber rounds, are 50 cents a piece. Its gets expensive to spend a dozen mags...

THE 223, 308, 7.62 x 39 AND 450 WILL GO THROUGH ANYTHING, INCLUDING SOLID STEEL PLATES. The 450 especially. The 223 will go through 1/4" steel plate.
THESE ROUNDS WILL GO THROUGH THE DAYCARE CENTER, SYNAGOGUE OR NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSES LIKE THE WALLS ARE NOT THERE, JUST LIKE IN WACO.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND? YOU DAMNED WELL BETTER, IN CASE THEY PLAY STORM TROOPER IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
The 223 wil go through steel (a water pressure tank, in one instance I saw) like PAPER. I saw a 223 round go into a curved pressure tank end (entering on an angle) and exited the SIDE of the tank at an angle, with NOT A TRACE OF DEFLECTION. A 7.62 will go through a 2 x 4 like PAPER. I tested this, the 2 x 4 at 40 feet DIDNT EVEN MOVE when the bullet went THROUGH IT.
JUST LIKE THEY WILL GO THROUGH THE HOUSES IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
THE 450 WILL GO THROUGH BRICK FASCIA LIKE IT AINT EVEN THERE, SO DONT PRETEND THAT BRICK OR CONCRETE ARE GOING TO STOP IT FROM KILLING SOMEONE IN AN ADJOINING STRUCTURE. Only solind poured concrete will slow down or stop these rounds. RE DBRICKS AND BLOCKS ARE HOLLOW, AND FRAGILE.
First picture, see the red rectangles? Ignore the individual for a moment, and look at the GROUPING of what's happening. These guys were packed together like sardines.
Photo A. Recalling the WACO MASSACRE BY ANOTHER ILLEGAL SWAT TEAM, the RIchland "SWAT Team" had a TANK with one man standing up and out of the top with, I assume, an AR. From his position on the far left of the house, he had nothing in this except observing and looking threatening.
Lets pretend.
The Clown Act starts with Groups B thru E who, in a real situation, are about to get SLAUGHTERED and/or are about to kill INNOCENT CITIZENS INSIDE THEIR HOMES / CHURCHES / SYBAGOGUE / SCHOOLS / BUSINESSES
Now before we proceed, recall that the Police, Government and Left Wing Anti Constitutionalists Whack-os are the one who JUST TRIED TO OUTLAW AR15s IN WA STATE BECAUSE THEY ARE SOME SUPPOSED PUBLIC DANGER.
ARENT THEY THE SAME OR WORSE DANGER IN THE HANDS OF 10 POORLY TRAINED "SWAT TEAM" MEMBERS?
Anyhoo, the 10 or so are bunched tightly together with (apparently) vests and I presume, bullet resistant liners. I could not tell if they had plates, but it didnt appear so as I didnt see any obvious pouches. Some had back-packs. Vests, yes, backpacks, no, no application here. Theres nothing in this scene that needs a back-pack, ESPECIALLY bunched up together and not able to GET OUT OF THE WAY IF SHOOTING STARTS.
Group B is on the porch and going to enter the front door. They pushed it open and walked in, no one breached it with explosives. BOTH DOORS are STILL THERE SEVERAL DAYS LATER. C is bunched together right behind A and is on the steps. D is a little more spread out, sideways against the front of the house WITH THEIR VESTS NOT BETWEEN THEM AND THE HOUSE. E is at the corner of the house and not in front of the window in the house. The lead individual in D has a 45 with blue tape in his right hand, muzzle up at ready towards the house where it belongs. Those with ARs had muzzles down towards the block foundation where a loose round will riccochet and as tightly as they are packed together HIT ONE OF THEM.
B are facing the door. If they have vests with plates and someone inside starts shooting at the door, they might survive. C and D are STANDING WITH THEIR VESTS TOWARDS B and worse yet, with their bodies exposed to the window and wall below. Unless they have vests with SIDE PLATES, they are going to get BUTCHERED if someone inside cuts loose with automatic fire. NO CHANCE OF SURVIVAL.
And the have the nerve to call this cluster- fuck TACTICAL TRAINING?
Sorry about the language, but the depth of stupidity and danger requires its use to clearly get across to you the sheer magnitude of the incompetence here.
Now, the "lets pretend" part.
Here they are, as diagrammed above. Realize Im giving you a snapshot of more or less the most dangerous part of the scene that I saw. Im not giving you a movie review, Im replaying whats in my head, concentrating on critical details.
Theres one or more in Group Z inside the house ( or Innocent Citizens (ICs) being targeted for execution for their religious beliefs as were in Waco), but lets assume Z because none of this works with IC's.
Z is inside the living room waiting for the Trick or Treat Troupe but Z aint got candy.
No one outside can see Z who is on the floor inside the living room of the house. The idiot on top of the tank cant see the front window, so B-E are walking up to the front door BLIND. The only people A can see to shoot at are HIS OWN TEAM MATES.
Z starts shooting an automatic weapon from right to left, door first since thats where the 'assault' (from Z's perspective) is coming from. Lets assume a 7.62 x 39 AK 47 full auto, 30 round magazine, common firearm. Terrorists like those that Obama and his DoJ and DHS are allowing to FREELY AND UNCHALLENGED walk over the Mexican border like to use these Russian supplied guns.
Assume a sweep rate of 'front door to corner of house" of 3 seconds. Most people arent trained to perceive one-second, let alone react to events that fast. The firing rate is, lets assume, 8 rounds per second (I dont know exactly what it is, and it can vary). Lets assume both rates are linear.
8 / second x 3 seconds = 25 rounds with 6 spare in the magazine. If you cant follow the math, then take it for evidence that you dont understand firearms and tactics. you werent expecting a 30 round magazine and one in the chamber = 31. I tricked you, and thats the jist of tactics.
There are 10 outside, 3 are in Group E. Lets say B = 2, C=2, D=3 and E=3 are 10 individuals.
10 men outside, with TWENTY FIVE ROUNDS coming out at POINT BLANK RANGE. The 2x4 studs in the walls will not stop the 7.62 round. The drywall and plywood wont even slow it down, and horizontal solid pine sheathing - right through it like its not even there. The morons in D are standing with NO ARMOR TOWARDS THE HOUSE AND EVEN IF THEY HAD TACTICAL CARRIERS WITH SIDE PLATES (not likely, thats working on $ 3000 worth of hardware) THEIR HEADS AND SHOULDERS ARE DIRECTLY IN THE LINE OF FIRE, AND Z EVEN LYING DOWN, IS ABOVE THEM AND CAN SHOOT OVER THE PLATES INTO THE VITALS.
Ignoring for a moment, the distribution of the rounds fired in an arc (trig problem), possible jamming of Zs weapon (possible if Z is not trained, highly unlikely if Z is) recoil, and a few other considerations (lets make it simple enough for the women at the daycare center to understand, because they are potentially in the line of fire) thats 2 + rounds to hit each of the members of B-D.
E ain't falling for this (or just out of sheer luck survive because they came in last), and have taken up a position at the end of the house. But, a 7.62 doesnt care about a pissy little 2x 4. The only thing that saves them is their POSITION and maybe the fact that E-lead has a 45 at ready which will also go through the house.
ALL of Groups B-D are DEAD from Z's initial attack, and Z has 6 rounds to go vs 3 x n outside (E havent fired yet, so n might = 10). A is standing there with his dick in his hand and cant do anything except shoot at his own men because he cant see anything. A has a lot of house to shoot through and no way to see inside.
A wasnt smart enough to park in FRONT OF THE HOUSE? Id take the trash dumpster over thin air- I can find enough solid steel in the Richland roll off dumpster to stop or spin a 223 round to hide behind. A has his own ass covered, letting his buddies go get KILLED.
So theres the idea, we should fire the Richland PD and SWAT and replace them with the CITY SANITATION DEPT. Theyd be smart enough to parf the truck in front of the house and hide behind it.
B are dead because the 7.62s went through their 3A vests like they werent even there. Hell, a 9 +P will do that, Ive SEEN IT. Right thru 3A PLUS a tank of water and kept right on going.
C are dead because they are on the steps sideways with not even a vest between them and Z
D only might escape with their heads in the line of fire because the head is a smaller target than the upper body, but its not a gamble I'd take! D's vests (worthless as they are) are facing FRONT providing NO protection whatsoever. If they do have armor plates, there are still WAY too many gaps in ballistic armor for a 7.62 to go through. They probably are killed from an upper body shot.
E probably escaped on nothing but luck as if the front door was the souce (by Z's perspective) then its not logical for Z to continue shooting from the corner around. Z is going to swing back West and unload the magazine, taking out any of the fools that escaped on nothing but luck on Zs way East. Z cant see E and doesnt know E is there. E are the ONLY ones who have come anywhere NEAR PRACTICING ANY KIND OF TACTICS.
Unless Z is an idiot, Z has extra magazines, but whats the point? if this is terrrorist training, the explosives that Z planted take out A, or, Z just says "fuck it" and blows the whole house to Kingdom Come, taking out C-E instantly and probably killing A from shrapnel, as hes standing waist and upper body out of the tank (which is nothing but a paperweight at the moment- at least it will PROTECT THE INNOCENT CITIZENS IN THE HOUSE TO THE WEST. I don't know who the concrete foundation will come down on, but now were getting a bit off topic.
Now, thats hardly the end of it. The 7.62 rounds that just went out of the house keep on going, unless they hit bone or ceramic plates, and go through the houses across the street.
HERE IS MY MAIN POINT, HERE IS WHERE THIS IS NO LONGER ASSUMPTION OR ARGUMENT:
Scenario # 2
B-E have AR15s, probably 223's. Z bangs one off, and due to lack of TRAINING, HALF OF B-E start shooting out of surprise.
((10 x 20) /2) = UP TO ONE - HUNDRED ROUNDS OF 223 FMJ AT 3000 FEET PER SECOND ARE GOING SOMEWHERE, and PROBABLY THROUGH THIS HOUSE AND INTO THE HOUSE BEHIND IT, and THE HOUSE BEHIND IT, AND THE HOUSE BEHIND IT.
Remember, a 223 will go through a 1/4 inch steel plate, and from the stupidity Ive described so far, they are probably using armor piercing rounds, or at a minimum, FMJ "range rounds" (223 x 45, 55, 65...) If I was stupid enough to use a 223 in CQB, it would be with low power frangibles that have a chance of NOT going half way down the block through 4 houses, but I tkink ahead of someone but MYSELF.
The second photograph shows the neighborhood their rounds will go through. Z is inside the house, and those outside will probably only shoot into the house UNLESS D freaks out and shoot B and C...
Now, maybe you still dont understand my point about "going through anything, including brick." Heres the physics of it:
F-= m V^2, set m = 1 (it cant be zero, in practice its 45 - 75 grain)
Force equals velocity squared when the projectile mass is unity. Look at a graph of the squared-function:

Look at the left side of the third graph from the top. See how the graph shape more or less goes vertical?
3000 fps (3 x 10^3) BECOMES 3,000,000,000 WHEN SQUARED. Multiply the fractional bullet mass in and that 10 place number is reduced, but you get the idea.
The muzzle velocity of a 223 is around 2950 - 3200 feet per second, which may as well plug infinity into the equation. Theres no stopping it EXCEPT that the bullet hits something very dense and fragments or mushrooms.
Training
The story is that this was a SWAT training exercise. Several SERIOUS problems with that:
1.) "training" indicates that they are not already "trained" else such elementary "training": would not be necessary. This is probably SOBamas Simulus money at work.
2.) the purpose of (tactical) training is to permanently "burn" the concepts and practices into the trainees mind of what to do in a REAL situation.
a.) insufficient training or no training leaves the mind free to wander into areas like "going spastic and shooting at random"
b.) improper training (such as teaching these trainees to stand like WHACK A MOLE FIGURES in front of the window) is EXACTLY WHAT THEY WILL DO IN A REAL SITUATION. If not, then the training didnt work, and we pray thats the case here.
3.) Militaries are CONSTANTLY and REPEATEDLY DAILY TRAINED to respond to such situations, these people are NOT military and NOT so trained to handle military tactics and weapons. Thats why we leave the military to the mil and ticket writing to Police.
It is not only DANGEROUS but ILLEGAL to mix the two.
Military are trained to only kill people.
PDs are supposed to do LAW ENFORCEMENT which implies DUE PROCESS. Butchering Citizens in the streets is NOT LAW ENFORCEMENT.
The latter, Police murdering Citizens for no good reason, has reached epidemic proportion in America and has to stop.
Back to "constant training"
To maintain ANY skill, repeated practice is required, on TOP of training. Police cannot do that, thus, their SWAT training is useless or even dangerous to themselves and others as evidenced by this circus.
Since it is impossible to train in advance for every tactical situation, thinking on ones feet is mandatory, and from what I saw here, that level of training is light years away.
Police have too much other crap to deal with (jobs, cars, lights, sirens, paperwork, computers and a ridiculous myriad of laws from our Joke of a Legislature) to be trusted with such responsibilites. Military forces concentrate on one thing, and one thing only - SURVIVING BY KILLING THE ENEMY.
It is INTOLERABLE to even attempt to push Police into such a dangerous role as DISASTER WILL BE THE RESULT, THEY ARE NOT AND CAN NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY TRAINED FOR A JOB THEY HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL BUSINESS DOING IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Definition of terrorism
Words have meanings and your Government and Media are lying through their teeth to you on this one. So - called "radical Islam" (or whatever group they are demonizing at the moment).
The root word of 'terrorism' is 'terror' which means to make people afraid. Terrorists work to destablize normal society (without defining 'normal') by doing acts such as planting fake bombs at some Govt building.
Military operatives such as 'militant Islam" don't play terrorist games anymore, they are out to KILL PEOPLE. AND THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN IF THEY GO TOO. This makes for an enemy that cannot be beaten - if there are a million of them, they ya' gotta kill a million of them to stop them.
Militaries operate to KILL PEOPLE, plain and simple.
Police Departments have NO BUSINESS pretending they are some kind of anti-terrorism function because theyve lost before they've begun. These militants arent playig ice cream parlor, they are out to KILL JEWS AND AMERICANS, WhEREVER THEY FIND THEM.
Proof? The man from the Tri Cities Islam Center who went to Seattle and killed a woman because she was JEWISH.
With the CORRECT definitions in place, consider what chance the Trick of Treat Squad has against MILITANTS? What chance to those with occasional training have? Approximately NONE.
In this Nation, under OUR CONSTITUTION, the RIGHT and RESPONSIBILITY to protect the Nation against such threats LIES SOLEY WITH THE PEOPLE, NOT GOVERNMENT CORPORATIONS AND MILITARY.
It is TREASON to attempt to undermine the Constitution and implement ANY OTHER SYSTEM, regardless of how carefully we try to sell it.
The 110 MILLION of us that are armed are why every power on the face of the Earth is afraid to step foot here and screw with us, because they will LOSE.

What the above story explains is not SWAT training, it is deliberate, premeditated GOVERNMENT SPONSORED TERRORISM against CITIZENS.
Logically, since they are not Constitutionally authorized to engage in MILITARY activities, and the current enemy (even if they must INVENT one) is a MILITARY FORCE, they are not authorized nor equipped nor trained to do so.
The gross incompetence I wrote about above, coupled with the fact that there were no "tactics" shown, indicate this whole scene is not SWAT training, for such training would have a certain, useful end, that is, tactical training. Even in the "end justifies the means' scenario, the end must represent the means. The utter incompetence here is not tactical training, because there were no tactics involved. This only leaves one assumption, deliberate attampts to terrorize Citizens, to make them afraid of the Jack Booted Thug force with their military gear,rifles and grenades.

Radical Islam could give a rats ass less about you, their enemy are Governments and the World Trade system, not you in Nowheresville, WA.
This is proven by the fact that "they" are, and have been, here for years, and are, or have been, well armed. Heard of any Islamic terrorism lately in the US? No.
An FBI agent about 1994 told me about a cache of weapons in Chicago owned by the, as he put it, "rag heads" (Arabic people, without being specific).
Yes, :"they" are real, and armed, but, no, they dont give a damn about you or they could have poisoned your water supply by now.

There are two or more enemies in a conflict, "us" and "them" - but in this case, "us" isnt "us", its our Federal Government and military. The sham is to attempt to use fearmongering to coerce Citizens into thinking we are also the "enemy"
If so, it would have already been "on" so to speak.
The premise of the Stockholm Syndrome is to cause a hostage (you and I) to identify with the captor (Government, Police, whoever) and what better ways to propagate that scam than a SHOW OF FORCE BY RICHLANDS JACK BOOTED TROUPE?
It works out both ways - either makes people pretend they are protected when they are not, or intimidates them into fear, or TERRORISM.

Now, lets totally reverse course.
Lets say there is a threat here from Militant Islam.
What are the Police going to do? This is NOT law enforcement, we're being attacked by a MILITARY FORCE that Obama and the Feds are allowing to walk across the Mexican border, BTW.
What do they do, stand there and write out tickets to the invaders? No, for they not only are not part of our legal system, but I don't think they will accept tickets.
What do they do? Theres nothing they CAN DO.The premise set forth in the book Patriots is that they go home and protect their own families.

What would I have done in the training exercise above? SOMETHING besides doing something STUPID like hold it in uptown RICHLAND and SETTING OFF GRENADES BESIDE A SYNAGOGUE AND DAYCARE CENTER IN TOWN.
Tactics are about out-thinking the enemy, and again, no out thinking happened in this case, in fact, I didnt see any evidence of ANY thinking going on.
Real tactics here would rely on infra red cameras, not idiots slinging lead around and killing innocent - not even bystanders, but innocents in adjacent houses.
Three people. One for distraction, one for cover and one wiith a pistol and IR camera. UNDER THE FUCKING HOUSE, NOT LINING UP TO SHOOT 100 holes THROUGH IT.
No one inside is going to expect an attack from UNDERNEATH.
One outside making a racket to cover my noise. one armed on the perimeter as a guard to to cut loose if something goes wrong, and me crawling under the house at the foundation opening with a low powered flashlight, an IR camera and a 45. One aspect of terrorism outside of just making people afraid (the immediate goal) is to effect social or political change (like Obamas covert terrorism in DC). Understand that Governments are all about both subjects and in the name of self preservation (survival instinct inherent in people which is transferred to their positions as Govt workers, to be specific) it is not only possible, but likely that Govt sponsored terrorism exists. It is more than proven that anti Government terrorism exists, said without proof.
Terrorism is about power and control and, again without proof, absolute power corrupts absolutely, and ALL governments get power-mad eventually, and in such a state, killing off a few Citizens is no great issue compared to keeping an insane Government in power. Just take the short list (Cuba, China, Russia,...)
Also factor in that the limits We the People COMMAND upon Government (the Bill of Rights is NOT written in an “asking niceley” mode, it uses “shall not” which is command language) have been eroded. Blatant, deliberate ignorance of the Second Amendment limitations stands as proof – NO INFRINGEMENT WHATSOEVER is permitted. It then stands to reason Government could use terrorism to further such goals- power grab.

Rock Hill officials plan to turn off utility taps of county residents who refuse annexation by today's noon deadline despite being asked for an extension, city officials confirmed Tuesday.
Starting Monday the city plans to phase out service to residents who do not agree to annexation. Those who agree to annexation will not be affected, city officials said.
Property owners in three York County neighborhoods and along S.C. 161 are part of Rock Hill's annexation efforts to take control of commercial development along the S.C. 161 corridor..
Hired last week by the Miller Pond homeowners association, Attorney Jim Meggs of Columbia said he could likely get to the bottom of that question with more time.
But the city refused his request for a 30-day extension on the city's deadline.
"If I have adequate time to analyze where (residents) are, they're going to get the real skinny" on where they stand legally, Meggs said Tuesday. "But the city is not giving us the time for deliberation."...
As paying customers, some residents wonder why the city would turn off their water...
"We're scared," said David Grigg, president of the Miller Pond homeowners association. "I'd be lying if I said anything different."
You don't understand why they'd cut water off? ITS CALLED TERRORISM.

Standing there on the porch like Trick or Treaters with a knock-warrant (that could have been a scenario there, they stood at the door for a time instead of rushing it and breaking it down, so lets assume knock warrant) IS NOT TEACHING TACTICAL LESSONS, ITS ROUTINE POLICE ACTIVITY. This PROVES DECEIT.
Yes, wide eyed fools participating in this so called SWAT training exercise – YOUR Employer is setting YOU up to be KILLED in a real tactical situation due to lack of TRAINING – its DELIBERATE and they have a DELIBERATE, SYSTEMATIC GOAL IN MIND.
Waco II is the goal and YOU are being set up as both PAWN and VICTIM to accomplish EXACTLY the same outcome as was in the Waco Murders of the Branch Davidians.
That it can happen again is proven in that it happened once.

The ad hominem attack started with the word “COMPOUND” The intent of this attack was to recall the Jonestown massacre by Jim Jones and transfer that TERROR onto the Davidians. Had the Davidians taken their guns out and shot up Waco or harmed anyone? NO.
This group was demonized into being some dangerous religious cult (again to re-use the Jones tragedy) when, in fact, they were NOTHING else than Independent Seventh Day Adventists that wanted to be LEFT THE HELL ALONE. The residents of Waco never had any problems with them!
So, the Government sponsored Media phonied up claims that “children were being harmed” despite no evidence of this (I guess it must have been psychological harm? They werent being indoctrinated in the State Religion?) and that Koresh had fanatic religious views including that of his being some sort of Messiah figure (common in cults). To push their lies, they had to deliberately take Koresh's comments out of context – I heard their lies, I heard his original statements and I know EXACTLY what they taught and believed. The Davidians were lied to, and about, from every angle to phoney- up a TERRORIST situation.
So now a corrupt Government has set up a Straw Man to then attack with police power.
It doesn't take that level of conspiracy, the scenario could be a simple domestic dispute with a gun.
As Waco unfolded, so can a future event.
The problem at Waco started with gunfire, as obvious to anyone seeing the tapes, ALL the shooting was from OUTSIDE, as there were NO bullets landing in the dirt as if fired inside-out. The Police were doing all the shooting, from outside to inside. This was used as an excuse, along with panic, excitement and POOR TRAINING to escalate to a full scale assault on WOMEN AND CHILDREN HUDDLED IN AN UNDERGROUND STORAGE AREA, UNARMED. Thats where their BURNED BODIES were found after the Governors MILITARY TANK SET THE “COMPOUND” ON FIRE. It has a flame thrower CLEARLY visible in the video.
SO, the JBT;s invade the so – called “compound" and the 5 go on the roof, and 2 (or 3) are MURDERED BY THEIR OWN. There clearly was no time for the two (or three) that entered the second-story window to escape the gun fire from their comrades. They were killed by their own.
To summarize to this point, a bunch of poorly trained SWAT operatives phoney up a threat based on the desire of a Corrupt Government to first control, and when that fails, murder Citizens and the lack of training, or worse, causes 'friendly fire' deaths.
Once the Straw Man was set ablaze by false claims of gunfire from inside, the Government pretended it had all right to attack ILLEGALLY BY USING A MILITARY TANK. All reason and Law set aside in an “end justifies the means" assault and MURDER OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN HUDDLED IN AN UNDERGROUND STORAGE AREA.

Back to "let's pretend." A domestic dispute is called in at the house on Thayer. OR THE HOUSE BEHIND YOURS. Yes, it was empty, unoccupied, on the date in question, but were making up a scenario based on evidence and reason.
Domestics are among the worst situation that the Police have to deal with, bad situation, risk to all, rarely do they get settled peacably, especially where drugs a/o alcohol are involved. I talked with one cop on duty at a domestic in Ohio, he was LITERALLY ON THE EDGE OF TEARS because of the situation, repeated, nasty domestic problem.

Back to the initial premise, Government sponsored, created, caused TERRORISM. “Terrorism” is making people afraid especially with the use of force to accomplish political CHANGE.
Heard that word lately - CHANGE? When someone in GIVErnment wants to CHANGE people that dont want CHANGE, we have a serious problem.
The domestic gets violent and gunfire is heard inside. Now everyone is in danger, presumably. The SWAT team is called in with their 45s and AR15s and bulletproof vests. They trained in the example above, and as we train, so we act.
They (SWAT) are being, right then, SET UP AS DELIBERATE TARGETS. A couple of them walk up to the front door, and someone inside opens-fire and kills a few of them. Thats EXACTLY what happened here recently with two Sheriffs Deputies killed by a man with a shotgun, if I recall correctly.
Here's where the Devil is playing his hand.
The SWAT members were killed, deliberately NOT ONLY BY THE RESIDENT/OCCUPANT, but BY HIS TRAINERS. He was deliberately poorly trained to go into a situation and get killed.
WHY? To further TERRORISM and its a PERFECT SETUP AND COVERUP, BECAUSE NOTHING "OFFICIAL" WAS DONE. They are sacrificed through very SUBTILE ERRORS OF OMISSION ON THE PART OF THEIR TRAINER(S).
It's not enough justification for escalation of the Government controlled Police State to just have ordinary, random crime/shootings/stabbings/robberies.... and dealing with them out of the Press. A Straw Man is needed, and that is forced. Manipulated events fueled by a deliberately radical Media, as in Waco, is the goal.
Once poorly trained, these SWAT members are targets. Once killed in the line of duty, they become a rallying cry around “more Government power” because whats worse than killing a cop”??
I'll tell you what's worse, TERRORISM is worse. Terrorism sponsored of, by, and for Criminals in Government that is supposed to evolve from, and answer to the PEOPLE.
This unfolds as a “win win” situation for Corrupt Government bent on totalitarian power over Citizens. The unfortunate execution of one of their cops, which they deliberately orchestrated, just gives them more power, in their 'end justifies the means' mentality, to do anything they please to terrorize the Community.
And don't tell me it can't happen, for thats EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED AT WACO, TEXAS and EXACTLY THE WAY IT HAPPENED.
Now it gets worse
When a couple SWAT members are killed at the front door, then the rest of the Troupe attack with their AR15s a-blazing. Realizing the rounds will go through three houses, how many – not bystanders- but innocents not connected in any way, living two or three houses away are injured or killed in the assault?
HOW MANY CHILDREN IN THE DAYCARE ACROSS THE STREET ARE KILLED? Its always about the CHILDREN when the foaming at the mouth Media play their games, so thats the MO here. Good for one, good for the other.
More terrorism. This Public SWAT display was done exactly for that reason. Its YOUR house the bullets may go through, your children that may be killed or injured.
